1. SaaS Agreement & 14-Day Free Trial
By creating an account or initiating a 14-day free trial on ChAile Workshop OS, the workshop entity agrees to these terms. No credit card is required to initiate a trial. At the expiration of 14 days, continued access requires selecting an active subscription tier (Starter, Professional, or Fleet).
2. Subscription Tiers, Billing & VAT
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in South African Rand (ZAR), exclusive of 15% VAT. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
3. Workshop Ownership of Inspection Evidence
All 360° vehicle inspection photographs, customer WhatsApp chat logs, labor duration logs, and generated tax invoices remain the sole property of the workshop subscriber. ChAile provides data export capabilities to CSV and PDF formats upon request.
4. 99.9% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)
ChAile strives to maintain a minimum of 99.9% application uptime, backed by multi-region redundant cloud infrastructure. Routine maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak South African hours (Sundays 00:00–04:00 SAST).
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
